ASCAP Award-winner, chart-topping artist, songwriter, musician, and poet—Liz Graham embodies all of these titles through her diverse talents and creative accomplishments.

Hailing from the picturesque town of Nyack, NY, Graham’s love for words and music was sparked by a serendipitous discovery: a worn 1916 edition of A Child’s Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson, found at a school fair. That moment lit the fuse of a lifelong passion for lyrical storytelling.

Her self-titled album, released internationally through Tangible Music (MCA), earned widespread recognition. Graham charted on CMJ, reached the Top 10 on Women’s Radio, and climbed music charts in the UK and Japan. The success drew attention from major labels, leading to an offer Graham respectfully declined. As she puts it: “I was flattered in the sense that it was somewhat of an acknowledgment that my songs were viable on a commercial level, but I was not interested in losing all creative control.”

Choosing artistic freedom over corporate constraints, Graham continues to write, produce, and release music independently. Her work is regularly featured in film, television, and short-form media—proof that staying true to your voice can be both powerful and prolific.
